Reaching an elite level of fitness
To understand exactly what is fitness, or what it means to be "fit", we so that we can define a precise understanding of what, how and why. Right? I almost went crazy trying to find a definition of fitness and get in shape! I searched the Internet and the writings of the leading organizations in industry and found very strange, misleading and confusing definitions. No wonder worldwide struggle for a state that has no clear definition!
If you took the time to search yourself, you can find the definition of fitness such as:
physically fit and in good health or healthy physically and mentally sound to be properly fitted to the shape or size of <it doesn't fit me anymore> (1): to insert or adjust until correctly in place <setting the mechanism in the table> (2): to make or adapt to the shape and size, the ability of the body distribution of inhaled oxygen to muscle tissue during physical exertion more, the genetic contribution of an individual gene pool in relation to the average of the population, usually measured by the number of the next generation offspring or close relatives who have survived to reproductive age. (Huh!)
Wow! Even the NSCA, the National Strength and association, which is one of the most respected authorities on exercise physiology, is not intended to provide a definition of fitness.
How maddening is it for? Well let me share with you what my definition of fitness is. You see, creating a fitness program, not clearly define what the program should deliver would be ambiguous and makes clear what should be done to achieve the result you want. I think the definition of Fitness plays a crucial role in its success. The keys to understand the methods and achievements of the perfect fitness program are embedded in our point of view of the fitness and some basic exercise science.
Ultimate potential use in five different principles or sets of assessment and guide you in achieving its last level of fitness. These five systems to define our view of the ability to perfection. All these combined systems will create a holistic body (or be) and lifestyle.
Each system is a vital component, and each has a different significance in understanding their level of general fitness or effectiveness a program to serve you to achieve a higher level of fitness. Mastering each of these 5 systems combined to create what we define as world class or level of fitness elite.
System 1 - Train all 10 physical skills of basic
The first system that identifies and describes the 10 basic physical skills generally recognized to be training your body. Are defined as:
Cardiovascular
Stamina
Strength
Flexibility
Can
Speed
Coordination
Agility
Balance
Accuracy
- The ability to control movement in a particular direction or at a certain intensity. - The ability control the location of its center of gravity relative to its support base. Balance becomes more difficult as they age unless they are trained to maintain this skill point. - The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another. - The ability to combine several different movement patterns in a movement different singular. - The ability to minimize the cycle time of a repeated movement - the ability of your muscles to apply maximum force in minimum time. - The ability to maximize the range of motion in a given joint and not feel 90 when only 40! - The ability of your muscles, or combinations of muscles, to apply force. - The ability of your body systems to process, distribute, store and use energy. - The ability of body systems to collect, process and deliver oxygen throughout the body.
The truth is that you are only as fit as you develop in each of these 10 core competencies. And as a string, you are only as strong as its weakest link. Improvements are always made with the training and practice. Note that all these skills have a common theme: if used, are lost. All these skills make a contribution to their quality of life. Identify where they are weaker in these 10 categories and then choosing the right fitness program that allows you to develop and achieve balance in all of these skills is objective your system in the first.
2nd System - Functional Training involves training for life
The second system is based on the fact that the human body intends to make operational, multidirectional movement patterns using multiple joints and muscles time any given time. This is why training your body with mainly functional training using the right intensity and the methods in our programs fitness training. If you think about functional movement patterns in a day, which could include: squat, overhead reaching, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, winding, several quick directional movements, stepping, climbing, etc. Imagine not being able to do anything when You Need more? Imagine having a better body and quality of life because you are stronger and better able to handle anything that comes your way!
Life is always an unpredictable event!
You never know what's going to be released, and how are going to have to respond at any given time. Having a higher level of fitness means you should be able to perform physical tasks, especially those that are unusual movements and combined in infinite combinations variables.
Here are a great myth that I want to dispel. The myth is that to achieve the perfect body has to work out doing the same exercises consistent with a number of repetitions and sets on the same days of the week. Let me tell you how wrong! It is very important to follow a routine with a number of reps, sets, exercises, order of the exercises or routines is an effective way for your body! Back and shoulders one day ... arms and legs of another. That's right! The best way to train its amazing, beautiful human body is constantly blending training techniques, movements in combination use, keep your workouts varied and difficult and always push yourself to the next level. The routine is the enemy!
You see progress toward achieving a fitness goal when consistent and engaging same with fun, challenging and different exercises that you enjoy. Mix it up at least five or six days a week, ideally for at least an hour at a time in the varied levels of intensity.
In our programs fitness training outdoors, never have to do the same exercise twice and you never know what is going to do until I get there! You see, predictability does not mean you keep your body guessing, keep it in the end and continue to make progress toward their goals. This is what to do, so if you are planning to embark on his own program.
3rd System - Understand how to use the systems energy from fat and calorie burning advantage max!
The third system is the ultimate secret to burning fat and calories you can while increasing your fitness level faster.
What is the secret, would you know? The secret is in the right recipe for the conditioning of Magic "metabolic".
I have a little scientific about you here a time but do not worry that all this will make perfect sense for you in a moment. I bet no one has taken the time to explain to you how your body's energy systems work and why it is important to know and understand how this information will benefit you.
There are three distinct metabolic pathways provide energy for their actions. These are known as metabolic engines:
The route of Phosphagen
Glycolysis
The oxidative pathway
If all this sounds too technical for you, yourself, because I'll break it down for you ...
Your phosphagen and supply glycolytic pathway most energy used in moderate to high power activities lasting less than several minutes. Therefore, think weight lifting, sprinting, circuit and interval training here. These activities are the principal called anaerobic. Anaerobic activity the greatest increase your cardiovascular fitness level, you can develop muscle tone quickly and gives the greatest reduction in body fat, it is surprising More than aerobic activity. Anaerobic conditioning gives the most of your investment by creating the body you want faster and more efficient. Anaerobic activity also develop your aerobic fitness level, muscle tone without loss of value that often occurs with much aerobic endurance exercise where your heart rate is maintained at a steady pace easier. Decreased muscle tone means increased body fat. Nobody wants that!
The third way, the oxidative pathway for energy supplies low-powered activities, those that last in excess of several minutes. Think brisk walking, jogging, running (if it is around the block, long distance or endurance ultra), cycling, swimming, etc. There is no argument that the training engine based aerobic cardiovascular and decreases body fat. But what is important to know is that if you only train your body aerobically never develop a higher level of fitness, no anaerobic training. Aerobic exercise is important in reducing body fat and the development of its online basic cardiovascular fitness, build muscle but is struggling to increase your metabolism. Without balance aerobic and anaerobic exercise that simply will not create the results you want.
You should use all their energy pathways of the body while doing the most effective combination of fitness training that gives the best results in the minimum amount of time. The secret of its success lies in greater intensity and circuit techniques Interval training and always mix things up! Remember, keep your body guessing, and always keep raising the stakes!
System 4 - The Magic of adequate nutrition
This system is one of the most critical and often forgotten. And it is the only system people seem to struggle with most. But I will make it easier for you.
Your nutrition plays an important function of in achieving your health and fitness success
. Be honest and straight here ... simply choose the exercise alone in an effort to lose weight or stay fit and healthy not eating well, not get you where you want to be. Period! Exercise and nutrition are not mutually exclusive of each other. Also, having the mentality that, because it is working out means you can eat whatever you want and just leave you frustrated with a lack of results. That does not work properly. What job?
The only thing that works is the adoption of a full gym and eating lifestyle that encompasses exercise the right, winner of a nutrition plan and consistent action and effort to participate in two each day.
Only this combined effort that leads to the highest level of fitness success and create the body who dream of having.
What makes a nutrition plan is winning? One that actually increases your metabolism and helps burn body fat? Only whole real foods to create a profile of a balanced diet (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals) helps burn fat and increase metabolism. The end result is if you come in a box, wrapping, and can not live, whole food that does not belong in your body. Do you want the live food over food dead more raw or cooked. Organic versus conventional grown ... definitely do not need to eat more pesticides or are exposed to more toxic substances they already are. Your body spends much time trying to detox itself is. Eat more raw vegetables and fruits also develop the pH balance of the right in your body.
What should you look your nutrition plan, how? All vegetables, small portions of fruits, berries, nuts and seeds, together with the beans and peas, some whole grains, flax and chia seeds, wild fish, eggs, high quality whey protein powder and supplements right nutrition.
If you want to see progress, and permanent changes in your body, you have to stop milk, sugar, very little alcohol (including wine!) any and all processed foods, refined grains and starches and eat in a way that supports high energy levels and even stabilizing blood sugar during the day. This means eating six small meals spread throughout the course of their day and not eating after 7pm. The most important objective must be to eat just enough calories to maintain your fitness level and not increase body fat by eating too much of what the body burns in a day.
Knowing that eating the wrong foods, especially in the proportions wrong, they squash any attempt to carry out to try to advance.
5 System - Fitness Success is not necessarily what makes your body ... is what makes your mind!
The fifth and final system is the single most important of all! It's all about creating a powerful mind.
Each morning as you begin your daily practice of visualizing yourself exactly as you want to be as if you've achieved your goals.
Start the day by focusing on what you want to create for that day and exactly how you want to be and what we want to achieve. Go to occur exactly the way you want. With practice it becomes reality.
Your mind is the most powerful tool you have. Always know you are the one in control of all his thoughts, feelings, emotions and resulting actions. If you're always saying you're fat, ugly, unlovable, unsuccessfully, unwanted, etc. .. then this is exactly what is going to create as your reality. On the other hand, if you start your day to tell you how much you love yourself, how you admire the way your body is becoming a new way to realize all the new small changes little and appreciate your body as is the development and love yourself so you are, not only will you be yourself magnetic field toward your goals, you will experience a deep level of inner peace and satisfaction. It's all about change their vibration and focuses on creating positive results for you and your life. The bottom line is ... you have to love life in your own skin!
All these combined systems will lead to success in achieving an elite level of fitness success. Having a coach and a mentor to help set goals and navigate them to success is very valuable. Studies have shown that coaching is a powerful and efficient tool that has helped more people achieve a greater level of success they could achieve by themselves.
If you are still doing the same in the gym always get the same results, the plateau, the unending struggle to achieve the goals or shut down or bored!

While we have always known the importance of vinegar and lemon juice in the kitchen, you can also wonders in cleaning. Why use cleaning products with harmful chemicals when you can make your own natural cleaning products?
If you are at all interested in learning more about making your own natural cleaning products to clean your house and you have not already read this book, naturally clean house, by Karyn Siegel-Maier I recommend you do. This is just one of many great books out there that teach us how to make our natural cleaning products. In the first chapter illustrates some alarming statistics. Here are just some examples.

We too used the convenience and low cost. If your life is at risk not only convenient, not to buy and consume what will always be cheap and convenient? lifestyle understand that not everything the world can hold, which all own cleaning and personal hygiene items, or cultivation of a garden so big. However, I encourage everyone to make at least be informed and read the labels. There are many natural and organic companies out there that have established a great reputation. Do a search online, find local farmers market, and who knows, you may actually enjoy growing their own food, or even make your own multi-purpose cleaner vinegar!
