Septic System

Can a septic system is installed after you move a mobile home on our property?
We bought a mobile home in cash and now we buying land to put it on, but the earth is not yet installed septic and will be our responsibility to install it. One might expect until you install the system, but the trailer is stored at $ 8 a storage fee day. We were wondering if we could go home to our land first, then hire someone to install septic later.
All good suggestions, but before jumping to the purchase of building land ... Is the land a test of benefit? If the soil is poor, the cost of a septic system shall be at least 3 times more than it would for a conventional type system in soil with good drainage. This is often a deciding factor in where (or not) build a new house.
