All Purpose
All-purpose flour is the same as flour or self rising flour or different?

I have a recipie for cookie dough and said there to do all of flour, what's this? On my way to live in the UK, so that you can use self-rising flour friction or conversely, is also a recipe for cookies that should not be baked, eaten raw! Only if that helps =] youu Thankyouu for all the help you can give =]

Like the plain - not the same as self-rising. Plain and for all intents are the same type of flour. Self-rising has already added sodium bicarbonate (aka baking sodium) so that they too will rise without the help of other leavening agent like yeast, eggs, baking soda and / or baking powder.
